OC Certificate Credit Card Payments

Transaction fees apply when lot owners or purchasers pay for OC Certificates via credit card. Standard card processing rates apply.

External Email Communications

Outbound email delivery to lot owners, suppliers, and committees. All internal platform notifications are included in your base subscription.

SMS Notifications

Outbound SMS delivery for time-sensitive communications — levy reminders, meeting notices, and urgent alerts. Competitive per-message pricing.

Postal Communications

What is the minimum portfolio size?
StrataPort is designed for enterprise strata management firms. Our pricing is structured for portfolios from 1,000 lots and above.
Are there any per-user fees?
No. StrataPort is priced per lot, not per user. Your entire team — strata managers, finance staff, admin, and leadership — can access the platform at no additional cost. We want your whole team on the platform, not just the people you can afford to license.
What are the pay-per-use costs?
All internal platform notifications are included in your base subscription. Pay-per-use charges apply only to external outbound communications (email, SMS, and postal delivery) and credit card transaction fees on OC Certificate payments. These are passed through at competitive rates — you only pay for what you actually use.
What is StrataPort Plus?
StrataPort Plus is an optional subscription add-on that unlocks advanced automation capabilities — including zero-touch supplier invoice processing, AI-powered drafting and intake, and supplier onboarding and compliance management. It is available at an additional per-lot cost on top of your base StrataPort subscription.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
Onboarding and data migration support are included in every StrataPort subscription. We work with your team to ensure a smooth transition from your current platform, including data mapping, historical record import, and team training.
What happens if my portfolio grows?
Your per-lot rate automatically adjusts as your portfolio grows — in your favour. Larger portfolios benefit from better unit economics. There are no surprise invoices; your pricing scales smoothly with your business.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. StrataPort operates on a month-to-month basis. We believe that if the platform is delivering value, you'll stay. If it isn't, no contract should force you to.
